✦Please provide a photo, a sketch, or a description of either real or imaginary kitty paws and tell me if you want any specific (simple) background! You will receive three versions by default (full nails, cut nails, no nails), so make sure to tell me if you would like only one specific version or if you would like a special fourth (or fifth?!) option.
✦You may request one additional recolour of kitty paws per one bought set.

Please keep in mind that this may not always be possible for various reasons (such as theme not being acceptable on said sites). Also keep in mind that this decision is irreversible.
Unacceptable themes:
✦Gore, adult themes, large repetitive patterns, very detailed backgrounds.
✦Do not ask me to copy another artist's work or to imitate their style.
T.O.S:
✦I can help you polish out the concept or add some details, but please have a basic idea of what you want me to do before contacting me. If I have to come up with everything on my own, that's charged additionally.
✦If you have a specific canvas size and ratio in mind, please make sure to tell me.
Changing size and ratio is always possible during sketching phase and rarely during the drawing phase. I work on big canvases and 300ppi by default, but final decisions may vary if you don't tell me your specific wishes. Please keep in mind that I only work with raster images.
✦Total revisions are possible only during the sketching phase.
Three revisions are free. Any following revisions will be charged 10-15€, aka: price of a sketch for the appropriate format.
✦I usually work pretty fast, but I can't tell you the approximate amount of time I'll need without you giving me details of what you want me to do.
Time needed depends on the number of subjects, complexity of composition, canvas size, etc.
✦You may not post my work anywhere without my watermark.
Watermarks I use on my own social media are often obnoxious on purpose. The ones that I use on commissions are much nicer and more subtle.
✦You may not profit off my work without previous agreement and compensation.
Commissioned work is usually for personal use only. You may use it on your social media profiles, or make stickers/prints/etc for personal use, but you may not resell the work or sell any items made with it unless we make a deal.
✦You may not claim my work as your own.
You may own the characters (real or otherwise) or the items depicted, and you may now own the art piece, but you may not say that you created it. Likewise, if I have came up with a concept and designed it for you, you now own the art piece, but you may not claim you came up with it. Please keep in mind that I keep records of all conversations across all platforms, as well as of my sketching process.
✦I will keep the art I create for advertising purposes only.
The only time I post linework as colouring pages, turn commissioned art into stickers, etc, is either if I have asked a customer and they have granted me permission or if they have explicitly asked me to do it.
✦You may not under any circumstances use my art for any kind of work with AI or NFTs at all.
Payment Information:
✦For now, payment is via Ko-Fi only.
If you use PayPal, Stripe, or any credit card, it's accepted on Ko-Fi. Please don't ask me to use any alternative methods.
✦Prices listed are in euros (€). If needed, please calculate the difference between euros and your local currency before paying me.
✦Payment is upfront.
This is not negotiable. If anything unfortunate happens and I am unable to finish the piece, I will send the money back in full amount. Finished art is not refundable. I always send images several times during the work progress, and you have plenty of opportunities to make your dissatisfaction known. If you want to cancel your commission when I haven't started working on it yet, I will refund you 50% of the price. If I have already started, there will be no refunds.
